Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic Orders, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Epic Orders Analyst will analyze workflows, build and test interface solutions, and troubleshoot integration issues, primarily working remotely with a preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze workflows to understand end-user operations
- Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while ensuring ongoing maintenance for sustainable processes
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide on-call support based on application needs
Required qualifications
- Epic Orders build experience required
- Epic Orders certification or accreditation required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn supporting technologies
- Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
