Pennsylvania Licensed Graduate Nursing Faculty

Job Summary

To support a growing academic program, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Graduate Nursing Faculty will instruct and facilitate learning in graduate nursing courses, ensuring alignment with curriculum outcomes while managing a fully remote learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and delivers instructional plans that meet course competencies and fosters student engagement
• Manages the learning environment by maintaining accurate records, submitting grades, and enforcing academic policies
• Participates in curriculum development and local campus events to promote the academic program's stature

Required qualifications

• DNP or PhD in Nursing with FNP certification required
• One to five years of experience in instruction or formalized education, preferably in a post-secondary institution
• Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is strongly preferred
• Membership in a professional association related to nursing instruction preferred
• Willingness to work in an accelerated online learning format, engaging with students five days a week
