- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding Medicare plans
- Clearly explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes to clients
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up promptly on leads
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
- Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
- Continuing Education (CEs) are up to date
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems
