Providing legal counsel to operational and clinical leadership, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Legal Director will support healthcare delivery and operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while working remotely within proximity to Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Offer legal advice on healthcare delivery and operational matters to hospitals and healthcare providers
- Analyze federal and state healthcare laws, translating legal requirements into practical guidance and risk-mitigation strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements supporting healthcare operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills
- Experience providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice
- Licensed Attorney in the State of Pennsylvania upon hire
