Job Summary

To support a growing insurance brokerage, the fully remote Pennsylvania Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative will guide senior clients through final expense life insurance options, conducting needs assessments and helping them secure affordable coverage while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in navigating final expense life insurance options
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and educate clients on policy features and coverage amounts
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while managing a pipeline of company-provided leads

Required qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience, with a preference for final expense experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage in empathetic conversations with senior clients
• Comfortable working in a phone sales environment with company-provided leads
• Strong technical skills, with experience using systems such as Salesforce and Five9 preferred
