Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Pennsylvania Licensed Medical Marijuana Physician (MD or DO) for a part-time contractor position that focuses on conducting remote patient evaluations and follow-up appointments while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote medical marijuana certification and renewal evaluations through approved telehealth workflows
• Review patient medical histories and determine eligibility for the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program
• Provide compassionate education regarding medical cannabis, responsible use, and follow-up care

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license as an MD or DO
• Eligibility to register as a practitioner with the Pennsylvania Department of Health Medical Marijuana Program
• Completion of or willingness to complete the Pennsylvania Department of Health-approved four-hour practitioner training
• Approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Health to issue patient certifications
• Ability to conduct professional telehealth visits using reliable technology and maintain patient privacy
