Job Summary
To support a growing network of midlife providers, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, and develop treatment plans for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits with patients and assess symptoms related to menopause
- Develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications when appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical, privacy, and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in menopause care, including hormone therapy management
- Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently
