Pennsylvania Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a general surgery team, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide direct clinical care, maintain medical records, and educate patients while working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with one day remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Provides direct clinical care according to established protocols and collaborates with the surgical team
- Maintains accurate medical records and documents all evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments in the electronic health record
- Participates in performance improvement processes and supports accreditation and compliance activities
Required qualifications:
- Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Pennsylvania CRNP/PA-C licensure and prescriptive authority
- Master of Science in Nursing or Health Sciences
- New to practice or over 2.5 years of experience
- BLS/CPR certification as a healthcare provider
