Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Oil and Gas Attorney, the remote position offers flexible hours (10, 20, or 40 per week) and is responsible for conducting title research, drafting title opinions, and analyzing ownership interests and title defects related to oil and gas properties in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed title and real estate research involving oil and gas properties
  • Draft original, supplemental, division order, acquisition, and drilling title opinions
  • Analyze deeds, leases, easements, and other instruments affecting mineral and surface ownership
Required qualifications:
  • Active Pennsylvania law license
  • Strong experience in oil and gas title law and research
  • Familiarity with title issues in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia
  • Experience working with landmen and title examiners
  • Ability to apply state-specific oil and gas title laws
