To drive the design and implementation of Enterprise Pharmacy growth initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Consultant will manage operational and financial improvement projects while conducting health economics research and leading technology selection in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement and drive associated initiatives
- Conduct health economics and outcome research in collaboration with pharmacy data analytics and clinical stakeholders
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of workforce and geographic expansion initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Required); Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Certification as a Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Consultant
