Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Director

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive oversight of pharmacy services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Director will manage pharmacy practice, mentor staff, and collaborate on the development of patient care processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy practice, medication use processes, and transitions of care for patients
• Empower and mentor pharmacy leaders and staff to ensure effective patient-centric care
• Develop and implement budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania
• Strong mentoring and office administration skills
