Job Summary
Providing comprehensive oversight of pharmacy services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Director will supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, manage medication use processes, and ensure patient-centric care while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the pharmacy practice and medication use process for assigned areas, ensuring compliance and quality care
- Mentor and empower pharmacy leaders and staff, fostering team engagement and development
- Develop and implement pharmacy-related programs and financial plans, monitoring performance metrics and compliance standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
- Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania
- Strong mentoring and office administration skills
