Job Summary
Working from home in Pennsylvania, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician will focus on medication delivery, inventory management, and patient/provider communication while supporting pharmacy operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient, provider, and customer care through effective communication
- Utilize the pharmacy computer system for patient care and manage medication inventory
- Prepare and label medications for distribution and maintain pharmacy records
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Intern with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
- Proficiency in computer literacy and understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical names and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
