Job Summary
Conducting remote premium audits, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Premium Auditor will analyze payroll and financial records to determine classifications and premium calculations while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews submitted records and requests additional information from insureds to complete audits
- Schedules and conducts audits via telephone and online conference while maintaining compliance with state regulations
- Inputs audit information into the Premium Audit Tracking System (PATS) for final premium adjustments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of premium audit experience or a relevant combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with premium audits and basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping and insurance operations
- Test audit state experience required
- Familiarity with ISO and NCCI rules for proper classification and exposure development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
