Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Nurse

Job Summary

To support the office remotely, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Nurse will participate in quality improvement efforts, build positive relationships with team members and patients, and apply critical thinking in patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in quality improvement efforts and utilize evidence-based practices
• Formulate holistic care plans and assist physicians while teaching and supporting patients and families
• Communicate effectively and document patient care comprehensively

Required qualifications

• Current RN licensure or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) in Pennsylvania
• Minimum six months of nursing experience preferred; BSN preferred
• BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Knowledge and skills for age-specific patient care
• UPMC approved national certification preferred
