Pennsylvania Licensed Project Analyst

Job Summary

To support multiple complex initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Project Analyst will manage data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist management in defining and documenting departmental tasks and duties
• Identify trends and process improvement opportunities across operations
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring effective implementation of processes and procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two years of experience, or a high school degree plus five years of experience
• Prior work experience as a Project Coordinator is highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
• Project Management knowledge with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects
• Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare insurance is preferred
