Job Summary

To optimize Medicare and Medicaid revenue, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Reimbursement Manager will interpret regulations, develop compliance strategies, and ensure accurate completion of cost reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Calculates financial impacts related to hospital operations and develops strategies for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Executes processes to gather information and complete Medicare and Medicaid cost reports accurately and on time
• Provides expert guidance on reimbursement opportunities and supports cost report appeals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience interpreting Medicare and Medicaid payment regulations and completing cost reports
• 5 years of experience recording revenue and determining cost settlement receivables/payables for Medicare and Medicaid payments
• Ability to work independently
