Pennsylvania Licensed RN Navigator

Job Summary

Providing nursing triage services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed RN Navigator will assess patient acuity levels, deliver health advice over the phone, and ensure continuity of care, all while working remotely with a schedule of 36 hours per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments via phone, documenting symptoms and relevant history using established protocols
• Prioritize urgent patient needs and coordinate emergency treatment as necessary
• Provide education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Experience in ICU or Emergency Department preferred
