Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and cultivate client relationships
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license; dual admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- 8+ years of litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense
- Significant independent case-management experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred
