Job Summary
Seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Counsel with 8+ years of insurance defense experience, the remote position will manage complex civil defense matters, develop case strategies, and collaborate with a team of experienced litigators while maintaining autonomy over case management.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and maintain routine communications with clients
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating client relationships
Required qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license required; dual admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey preferred
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense matters
- Significant independent case-management experience
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- JD from an ABA-approved school
