Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end real estate transaction activities for a complex portfolio of properties, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Senior Transaction Manager will oversee lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and the disposal of excess space while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct real estate transactions, including site selection, financial analysis, and contract negotiations
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently, ensuring organized program and workstream management
• Develop transaction strategies and relevant documentation, incorporating clients' business drivers and market intelligence

Required qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required
• 6+ years of experience in real estate transactions, with a minimum of 5 years in portfolio management
• Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Medical office experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools like Smartsheet preferred
