Pennsylvania Licensed Service Coordinator Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing a team of telephonic Service Coordination Associates, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Service Coordinator Supervisor will manage daily operations, provide training, and address escalated issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of Service Coordination Associates against departmental standards
• Implement action plans to meet quality and production expectations, including performance management and employee development
• Identify trends in call data and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance

Required qualifications:

• High school degree required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Insurance, Managed Care, or Customer Service environments preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Knowledge of home and community-based service systems preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
