Job Summary
To support the Veteran and First Responder program, a Pennsylvania Licensed Therapist will provide remote mental health services, including intensive outpatient programs and individual therapy, while managing a flexible full-time or part-time schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate intensive outpatient programs and individual therapy for mental health and substance use disorders
- Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with internal providers to coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong background in group facilitation and intensive outpatient settings
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
