Job Summary

Providing telephonic triage services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Triage RN will assess patient needs, direct callers to appropriate care levels, and facilitate care coordination while working remotely during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Directs callers to the appropriate level of care and provides healthcare advice using assessment skills and approved protocols
• Facilitates coordination of care across settings, ensuring completion of labs, studies, and referrals
• Provides clinical support in symptom assessment, management, and patient education

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in clinical acute care or urgent care
• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Knowledge of telephone-based clinical assessment techniques and triage protocols
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
