Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers compensation claims in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure timely communication and resolution
• Document claim activity in accordance with clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certifications in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
