Pennsylvania Pre-Certification Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting key business operations, the remote contract-to-hire Pennsylvania Pre-Certification Specialist will manage caller inquiries, coordinate pre-certification activities, and ensure accurate documentation while handling a high volume of communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support callers by gathering information, addressing questions, and providing guidance throughout the request process
• Coordinate pre-certification activities according to established procedures learned during training
• Maintain professional service while managing inbound and outbound communications and collaborating with internal contacts

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment handling a high volume of calls is required
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to learn pre-certification procedures and apply detailed instructions accurately
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey and be able to work remotely during assigned business hours
• Access to a laptop, monitor, and headset, or willingness to use equipment provided on loan
