Job Summary

Assisting participants with their benefit plans, the full-time remote Pension Benefits Services Specialist will provide accurate guidance through inbound and outbound calls while managing client-specific inquiries and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate information to participants regarding their benefit plans
• Respond to participant inquiries and complete transactions while documenting interactions in the case management system
• Adapt to various client-specific procedures and maintain confidentiality of participant information

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in benefits administration, pension services, or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of defined benefit pension plans and related processes is a plus
• Ability to navigate computer systems and learn new software and client-specific procedures
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality in a remote work environment
