Job Summary

Assisting participants with inquiries about their pension benefits, the full-time remote Pension Benefits Services Specialist will handle inbound calls, explain plan options, complete transactions, and provide guidance on forms and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer participant questions and explain pension plan provisions and available options
• Research inquiries, complete transactions, and document participant interactions accurately
• Follow client-specific procedures while ensuring compliance with privacy and security requirements

Required qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration, pension services, or customer service
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance expectations
