Pension Risk Transfer Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Retirement division, the part-time Pension Risk Transfer Associate will deliver exceptional customer experiences during client onboarding, collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling, and develop communication materials for clients and annuitants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring efficient and accurate onboarding of clients and their annuitants
• Collaborate with clients and internal partners to obtain and validate annuitant data while actively participating in meetings
• Identify and manage risks during the transition process, ensuring timely communication to all relevant parties

Required qualifications

• Defined Benefit Plan experience required
• 3+ years' experience in a customer service or related position required
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access) required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university preferred
• Understanding of annuities and life insurance products
