Job Summary

Partnering with senior People leaders, the full-time People Analyst will deliver data-backed insights through analyses and dashboards focused on workforce trends and organizational health, utilizing analytics tools and AI in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clarify priorities and deliver insights by partnering with senior People leaders
• Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on workforce trends and talent outcomes
• Translate ambiguous requests into structured analyses and create executive-ready materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management
• Strong understanding of HR operations, talent processes, and workforce planning
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Qualtrics
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and communicate findings effectively
