People Analytics and AI Manager
Job Summary
Combining deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, the full-time remote People Analytics and AI Manager will serve as the subject matter expert on HR systems, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and leverage AI tools to enhance data storytelling for business leaders.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring data integrity and security across various platforms
- Design, build, and maintain analytics and dashboards that inform decision-making on headcount, hiring, and engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable metrics and insights
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations with hands-on reporting and dashboard ownership
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS, including report writing and security configuration
- Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for data analysis and visualization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently while delivering on time
