People and Culture Partner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary People and Culture Partner for the USA, Brazil, and UK teams, the full-time remote role will manage employee relations, coach leaders through complex People matters, and enhance the overall employee experience while supporting the growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, providing practical People advice and support
• Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Drive performance review cycles and help managers translate performance conversations into actionable development plans

Required qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in People & Culture/HR, with a strong background in People Operations and HR Business Partnering
• Strong working knowledge of USA employment law and HR best practices across multiple states
• Experience managing employee relations and performance management independently
• Ability to coach and influence senior leaders and managers effectively
• Experience in building and scaling People processes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors
