Job Summary
To enhance the efficiency of the People Team, the full-time People Automation Specialist will simplify processes, build automation tools, and collaborate with People leaders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Use AI tools to prototype, build, and enhance internal tools for the People Team
- Identify problems and prioritize automation projects in partnership with People leaders
- Communicate progress and impact to senior stakeholders while simplifying processes before automation
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in improving processes or operating models, preferably in HR operations or internal services
- Proficiency with AI tools for building and testing software
- Experience in building automation, tools, dashboards, or software
- Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Snowflake
- Strong technical fluency across data, systems, and integrations
