People Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the Technology and Professional Services business units, the full-time remote People Business Partner will manage strategic partnerships with leaders, drive workforce planning and talent deployment, and oversee the full employee lifecycle from hiring to retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people priorities with business goals by partnering with Business Unit leaders and providing strategic guidance on workforce decisions
- Manage workforce planning and talent deployment to ensure effective utilization and skill alignment within a project-based consulting model
- Execute employee lifecycle management processes, including hiring, performance management, and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services organizations
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, high-growth environment
- Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
