People Business Partner

Job Summary

To support client leadership teams across the US, the full-time remote People Business Partner will advise on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while fostering strong relationships and translating People strategy into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams and People Managers, providing coaching on performance and team dynamics
• Manage employee relations matters, ensuring appropriate documentation and confidentiality while assessing situations objectively
• Embed performance management and development practices into supported teams, helping set clear expectations and support growth processes

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Human Resources, People Business Partnering, or related fields, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Hands-on experience advising US client leadership teams on employee relations and performance management
• Working knowledge of US employment practices and the ability to identify when to involve legal or senior HR leadership
• Experience in embedding People programs into daily business practices
• Ability to analyze people data and qualitative insights to identify patterns and opportunities
