People Business Partner

Job Summary

Driving employee experience initiatives, the full-time salaried People Business Partner will partner with leaders to implement HR programs and policies while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
• Provide employee relations guidance and manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training on various HR topics, including performance management and diversity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Ability to perform financial-related calculations, such as percentages and fractions
