People Business Partner

Job Summary

Supporting GTM functions and employment standards in EMEA, the full-time remote People Business Partner will manage a portfolio end-to-end, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and advising on complex employee matters across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product, providing expertise in EMEA HR Partner Experience
• Advise on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change management communications
• Drive PBP-led people processes, including performance reviews and engagement surveys, while partnering with Centers of Excellence on relevant initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP, with a focus on EMEA employment practices
• Experience advising on performance management and complex employee relations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
• Ability to work autonomously in a global team and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders to coach through HR challenges
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for productivity and insight in HR processes
