Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a similar model
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company
- Experience supporting engineering and/or product organizations
- Deep expertise and vision for AI and its impact on the industry
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business outputs and impact
