Job Summary
Supporting the Tech and Product organizations, the full-time People Business Partner III will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving people strategies and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary People partner to VP-level and senior leaders, influencing decisions on talent and performance
- Own and drive the people strategy for aligned organizations, translating business priorities into actionable plans
- Lead workforce planning efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals through org design and succession planning
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- 6+ years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in Engineering and Product organizations
- Demonstrated ability to partner with VP-level stakeholders and provide strong coaching
- Proven experience leading organizational design and change management initiatives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
