Job Summary
To support Engineering and Product teams, the full-time remote People Business Partner - Tech will manage organizational design, performance management, and employee relations while fostering a strong culture and effective team dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted partner to Engineering and Product leaders, guiding them through growth and change
- Lead efforts in organizational design to ensure team structures align with business priorities
- Oversee performance management cycles, including feedback, promotions, and compensation discussions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People roles, with at least 4 years as a People Business Partner
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments supporting Engineering and Product leaders
- Understanding of technical team operations and career paths
- Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance
- Proven ability to work with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones
