Job Summary

Supporting people leaders and employees across the United States and Canada, the full-time salaried People & Culture Business Partner will manage regional HR programs, enhance employee engagement, and address employee relations issues while leveraging AI-driven tools for a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the regional rollout of core HR programs such as onboarding and performance management, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, providing guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation
• Coach managers on performance management practices and collaborate with P&C Operations to implement self-service solutions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations role
• Demonstrated experience supporting employees and managers in the US, with knowledge of US employment legislation
• Hands-on experience rolling out end-to-end HR programs
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters and provide policy guidance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
