Job Summary

Supporting people leaders and employees across the United States and Canada, the full-time salaried People & Culture Business Partner will manage the regional rollout of HR programs, address employee relations issues, and enhance the employee experience through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the regional rollout of core HR programs, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with global standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR matters, providing guidance on employee relations and policy interpretation
• Coach managers on performance management practices and implement AI-enabled solutions to streamline HR processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations role
• Demonstrated experience supporting employees and managers in the US with knowledge of US employment legislation
• Hands-on experience rolling out end-to-end HR programs such as onboarding and performance management
• Proven ability to manage employee relations matters and provide policy interpretation guidance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
