People & Culture Business Partner

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders across Europe and Asia, the full-time People & Culture Business Partner will provide strategic and practical HR support in a multicultural environment, focusing on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations while working onsite or remotely from Croatia.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
• Support recruitment planning and lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and performance management
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, advising managers on performance issues and promoting employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in an HR Business Partner role
• Strong working knowledge of European labor law with experience across multiple jurisdictions
• Confidence in partnering with senior leaders on complex people matters
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous
