People & Culture Leader
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner, the full-time People & Culture Leader will drive the people strategy for the Insurance Software and BPS business unit, focusing on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture in a hybrid work environment based in Charleston, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the People & Culture strategy aligned with ISB's commercial objectives
- Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce strategy, and leadership effectiveness
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in a global, technology-focused environment, preferably in insurance or BPS
- Experience with offshore workforce management and workforce planning
- Ability to advise C-level executives on strategic and operational issues
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures
