Job Summary

Leading the development of people analytics products and insights, the full-time salaried People Data Manager will partner with HR and business leaders to create scalable solutions using Power BI and emerging technologies, ensuring workforce data is trusted and actionable in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements advanced data analytics strategies to support HR decision-making and strategic planning
• Manages HR data projects, enhancing data-driven decision-making through new data models and reporting tools
• Provides expert consultation on HR data capabilities and best practices, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in developing people analytics, business intelligence, or workforce reporting solutions, particularly with Power BI and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex workforce questions into effective analytics products and actionable insights
• Strong understanding of data visualization, data modeling, and business intelligence concepts
• Proven commitment to data quality, accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement
• Experience with people or workforce data across various HR functions, including recruiting and retention
