People Department Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the People Department, the full-time remote People Department Team Lead will manage and inspire the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning operations with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the People Department operations, including Talent Acquisition and HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent across the organization
• Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred
• 5-8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
• 2-3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing HR and/or recruitment functions
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience managing remote teams preferred
