People Experience Lead

Job Summary

To enhance employee experience in a remote setting, the full-time salaried People Experience Lead will design and implement automations, manage people platforms and data, and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while collaborating closely with the People and Talent team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations and workflows across people platforms to enhance efficiency
• Manage people platforms and ensure data integrity, implementing guardrails to prevent errors
• Oversee the employee lifecycle experience, including development, internal moves, and offboarding processes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience across the employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, international business
• Proven ability to build automations and manage HR platforms effectively
• Strong data analysis skills to identify breakdowns in employee experience and drive improvements
• Hands-on experience with compensation processes, job architecture, and market benchmarking
• Familiarity with employment practices across multiple jurisdictions and experience coaching managers
