People Experience Lead

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Chief People Officer, the full-time remote People Experience Lead will shape and deliver the people vision for the US team, providing comprehensive support across the employee lifecycle while coaching and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the people vision, strategy, and priorities for the US team
• Provide end-to-end generalist support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding
• Advise and upskill squad leads and managers on people matters, enhancing team health and capability

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of generalist HR/People experience, including a senior or lead capacity
• Hands-on multi-state US employment experience in employee relations, compliance, and benefits
• Experience supporting clinician populations in a health system or telehealth setting
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategy
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on building capability in others
