People Experience Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic People team, the hybrid People Experience Manager will manage content creation, program execution, and employee relations casework while collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operations.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain competency frameworks, policies, and internal communications for the People team
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end People team programs, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement
• Run and manage employee relations cases, from intake to outcome, while collaborating with in-house legal counsel on complex matters

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in US employee relations case management, including investigations and performance exits
• Demonstrated track record in a generalist People or HR role within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time
• Organizational skills that ensure clear tracking and status updates for ongoing projects
• Data fluency with experience in HRIS, spreadsheets, and survey data analysis
