People Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives, the full-time People Experience & Engagement Specialist will manage corporate engagement programs, coordinate culture surveys, and facilitate recognition efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of culture and engagement surveys, including analysis and reporting of findings
• Project-manage the annual UNOPS Awards program, overseeing nominations, selection processes, and recognition events
• Support the planning and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in a related field with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing and evaluating organization-wide employee surveys and recognition programs
• Proficiency in data analysis and corporate reporting
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is desirable
• Professional training or certification in employee engagement, organizational development, or related areas is preferred
